About
I’m Scott Chanatry, a child psychiatrist. Much of my working life was spent doing the slowest, most valuable thing there is: listening to kids, and to the families around them, until the picture makes sense. For now I’ve stepped away from clinical practice to learn what training couldn’t teach me — by being home with my own children while they’re young.
Whatever’s left over goes to building small software for the fun of it — a habit that started at Stanford and never really stopped.

Lately the vibecoding has meant small tools that solve one household-sized problem at a time, plus this page. It’s hand-typed HTML, CSS, and about a hundred lines of vanilla JavaScript — the crayon in the corner is real, and the underline drew itself when you arrived. View source; it’s all there.
